6 Questions for understanding...

What is Challenge Monitor ?

#1 What is Challenge Monitor?

Challenge Monitor is a challenge platform, which allows the proposal of online challenges about different themes that people want to promote or get their audiences to discover. It offers a different and more interactive kind of training, by bringing out the competitive side of your audiences.

What is a challenge ?

#2 What is a challenge?

A challenge is an online quiz, proposed for a fixed period of time. It comprises one or more games, referred to as challenges, about themes that need to be raised. These challenges are based on timed questions and are proposed in different forms (poker with betting points to win or lose, risk and others)

Why Challenge Monitor ?

#3 Why “Challenge Monitor”?

The general principle is to inform and train by playing, following the principles of a serious game. “Challenge” returns to the quiz principle, which gives challenges to the participants. “Monitor” indicates steer, follow-up and management of the Challenges because, depending on his/her needs, the client can propose this type of operation periodically (an annual challenge, for new product launches...).

Can one call it a training tool ?

#4 Can one call it a training tool?

Challenge Monitor enables the highlighting of key information about themes tackled in the various challenges. The challenges proposed relate to the participants’ knowledge, and the competitive instinct encourages participants to strengthen their knowledge by consulting the resources given to them. Challenge Monitor also offers the possibility of collecting information to establish or reinforce a contact base, or survey participants about a subject, product, brand etc.

Challenge Monitor is therefore both a communication and promotional tool, a training tool and a tool for conducting surveys. Depending on your objectives, Challenge Monitor can be geared to reinforce one or another of these aspects.

How do you access the challenges ?

#5 How do you access the challenges?

The games campaigns are deployed from the Challenge Monitor platform that e-teach makes available in SAAS mode. All you need is an access and Internet browser, which has a flash plug-in. Individual access is possible with a user name and password. Different registration methods are available (central registration by the manager, self-registration with control in one of the fields etc.).

As the hosting is proposed in SAAS mode (so hosted by e-teach), we take care of all the maintenance, security, backups and bandwidth etc.

How do you manage challenges ?

#6 How do you manage challenges?

An administration interface enables registrations to be managed and the activity of each challenge to be accompanied. It is therefore possible to get the statistics for each participant or group of participants (branches, regions, countries...). The administration interface also allows access to data collected in the various questionnaires or surveys proposed in the game.

What people are saying
about it...

In addition to the training / awareness-building aspects, this game allows the establishment of a closer relationship with the player and the strengthening of his/her attachment to the brand and the gaining of his/her commitment to it. It is an excellent tool to motivate an international distribution network.

The approach suits a "sales" audience, which is often reluctant to undergo more traditional, "classic" training.

It is the best method at the lowest cost to deliver key messages to a highly targeted audience, which is difficult to mobilize.

Peter Voets

It is an approach that enables a sales force to keep its "product" knowledge updated. The larger the product range, the more the approach should be ongoing "throughout the year".

The simple user-friendly aspect and short game times are much appreciated. It is a game for all sorts of players who are familiar with Internet tools.
